Macbeth, King of Scotland

Lesson 53 of The Mystery of History, Volume II, is about "Macbeth, King of Scotland."
Shakespeare's "Macbeth" is the famous tragedy inspired by the life of this man (with a few exaggerations to the plot).  To supplement this lesson, we read an adaptation of Shakespeare's play out of Usborne's Illustrated Stories from Shakespeare (starting on page 262).
The illustrations in it are rich.  Here is one of Macbeth after he had taken the throne.
And this one depicts Malcolm III, Duncan's son.
After our reading, we completed the sticker scene for this story in Usborne's Sticker Dressing: Shakespeare sticker book (pages 20-21).
Maggie loves these!  Here is her completed scene.
Happy homeschooling!
